We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a refund.
Returns
You have 3 business days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return here at Aisle Twenty5ive, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
We refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable unless the issue with the product is due to an Aisle Twenty5ive mistake in what you received. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
